Our Stylevation Army is one man down this week. We're sending out get well soon wishes to Caroline so she can join her stylish partners in crime next week. Just as we started seeing last week the girls are clearly excited about the new season. Camilla has taken on bright colours to set foot inside spring. She wears an oversized fuchsia cardigan over a white blouse and columbia blue satin trousers. I love how the outfit doesn't look full-on SS11 and yet you can feel the mood in it. Marthe, on the other hand, is keeping away from bright and bold colours and playing with a mostly black look that works as a background for her sepia shirt dress.

soVIPstreet-style: Spring's coming

This week our girls have started taking slow but steady steps towards spring. We are all ready for the new season but, especially if you live in London, the weather still doesn't allow us to be rid of coats and scarves. Marthe opted for an outfit in line with last week's. She combined her black leggings and boots with a leopard printed throw-on over a light jumper. She kept warm with a chunky black scarf and brought some colour in by means of her pastel pink mulberry bag. Caroline did a slightly romantic take of the garçon look. She wore high-waisted black tailored shorts with a sheer creme blouse and patent leather lace-up shoes —très chic. Camilla chose a more urban location and was still feeling folky this week. She paired up her breton t-shirt with slightly high-waisted black jeans. She gave character to the outfit with black suede clog boots and made it playful with the fringed bag leather jacket. Even her hairstyle rose to the occasion. I love the braid!

The girls from Stylevation Army have gone back to the basics this week. Black and breton stripes were the base of Gabrielle Chanel's style revolution and they're showing how they're still so relevant today. I love how each of them approached it from a different angle, though. Camilla went for a slightly folky touch (feathers and fringes) to go with her stripes and long maxi skirt, while Marthe resorted to biker boots, skinny jeans and a polo neck poncho. Caroline chose wider stripes and more relaxed trousers, which she combined with loafers and a chunky scarf.

This week Caroline, Camilla and Marthe have been very busy with uni and haven't had the time to take picture for us. However, they have been sweet enough to dig up some pictures from their autumn walks to share them with us. In the line of the first week's looks the girls played a lot with bi-colour —black combined with nudes, camels and sandy colours. All three of them are also geniuses when it comes to combining textures and mixing up layers to always keep their look interesting. And I don't know about you but I'm loving the wooden en metallic heels as a cool reminiscent of last summer's clogs. See more from them at Sylevation Army.

After a weekend break from blogging we're back with the street style feature in collaboration with Stylevation Army, which we started last week. This time the girls went for a walk around a residential neighbourhood in very different styles from what we saw last week. Caroline went for a bicolour biker look with a dash of red, Camilla gave into a graphic print total look quite reminiscent of McQueen, and Marthe played with textures and contrasted lengths. Giulia and I are very excited to share with you a new feature on soVIPzone. We had talked so many times about how street style was one of the things we always felt the blog lacked. We never considered sharing pictures of ourselves because we really don't like our picture taken so it came as a no-brainer to ask our very stylish friends from Stylevation Army to give us a hand. You might remember them from our Collage Sunday from a few weeks ago. We met Marthe, Caroline and Camilla (in the order displayed below) at LCF where their Norwegian style genes put half of the other students to shame on a daily basis. They are, hence, our newest collaborators and have promised to bring a dose of real style every Tuesday to soVIPzone.
