Only two days after Burberry Prorsum's FW13 show on Monday Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Kate Beckinsale, who looked amazing on the front row, have been spotted bags from the new collection. Rosie was seen arriving at LAX wearing one of the key bag models from the collection – leather structured panels contrast with a soft inner pouch in shaved pony skin printed with hearts. Beckinsale wore the same bag but with the outside in zebra print shaved pony skin and a leather pouch.
I have a feeling this bag has already become one of the key accessories to have and it has only been three days! Another of my favourites from the collection is the 'crush clutch', which just like the bags to the right come in a variety of colours and materials and is super chic!

I was so surprised when I woke up this morning and found that ELLE UK had already released their September 2012 newstand cover. I thought it would be at least another two weeks before we saw any September cover from the big titles. But I'm not complaining.
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley looks super sexy in the cover shot by David Vasiljevic wearing FW12 Dolce & Gabbana. While the concept is quite simple, not very new, I quite like the fact that they've chosen Rosie because she's probably the biggest British model at the moment. I am also hoping that the subscriber's cover will blow my socks off. Who know, they might even have more than one cover star... After all, that's what LOVE magazine does and it seems to work every time.
What do you think of the Rosie cover?

I was so excited to be able to watch the Met Ball red carpet live online! It was a brilliant and very intertaining experience thanks to the shouting photographers. It's been hard to cut it down to a top 5 (there will be a part 2 coming up later today) but these are my favourites this year.
Gwyneth Paltrow wore a short Prada, which I love not only because she looked incredibly hot and radiant in it but because a super short number is always daring for an evening occasion like this. I appreciate her courage.
Some of the same goes for Kate Bosworth who also wore Prada. What's interesting is this ombré feather dress would have looked very plain on anyone else but Kate choice of hair and make up give it a slick and slightly 20's vibe that was super sophisticated.
I was absolutely in love with Karolina Kurkova in Rachel Zoe. It's the first time Rach has taken a model date in her design and what a way to kick it off! It was like being transported to the Hollywood of the 50's. It was such a glamorous look and so different from everyone else.
I can't even say how happy I was to see Rosie Huntington-Whiteley in Burberry. The stripped gown with long sleeves and the embellished neckline was so elegant. It is amazing to think how innovative the materials that Christopher Bailey uses are and how they can work so well with a Sofia Loren hairdo. Stunning.
Diane Kruger was also one of the bravest girls of the night. Her purple Prada gown played with the combination of black tie and casual clothing. I just loved the effect of the low strappy top as it transforms into a tray finishing off with feathers. She is incredible.

Best Dressed of the Weekend- A lesson in high & low

Best Dressed of the Weekend: A lesson in high & low
JustJared
It has been a great weekend for celebrity style both on and off the red carpet!
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley made an appearance at Coachella, for which I am so grateful! Her is the best look I have seen so far this year – until I see pictures of Leandra Medine, that is. I loved Rosie's unbuttoned tux shirt paired with the ultra luxe Christopher Kane SS12 shorts, a powder blue Mulberry bag and chic low boots.
Emma Watson, who had had quite a few misses lately went back to her old cool self in a super rock and roll Miu Miu outfit. The girly mixture of prints is just great and works so well with the leather blazer. There is even a bit of a peplum action going on there. I love!
I have been a fan of Charlize Theron's street style for ages. She can wear anything and make it look like style genius. Proof of that is her checked shirt and khaki trousers combo – how chic is it?!
Scarlett Johansson's style has never been my cup of tea apart from two or three spectacular Dolce moments. But I am loving this Prada look – the colours are elegant yet interesting for evening and the satin peplum does only good things for her like making her waist look tiny. Can we have some more of this?

Best Dressed of the Weekend- Girls in the Knowles

Best Dressed of the Weekend: Girls in the Knowles
JustJared
Summer is coming and we are all getting excited so it's been a great weekend of celebrity spottings in their Spring attire.
Beyoncé, who has been looking incredible lately, was caught en route to meetings in New York wearing one of Etro's funky maxi skirts. I love the mix of prints and how the long-sleeve fuchsia top gives it a city vibe. B accessorised it with her favourite black hat, massive hoops and The Row sunglasses we have seen her wear recently.
Rosie H-W is my current queen of airport chic. I am forever amazed with her looks touring the world. This one of black skinny jeans, suede ankle boots, a simple grey tee and a killer camel biker jacket is amongst my favourites. And I'm loving the shades and the pop of colour of the green suede bag.
Solange Knowles' look is probably some of the coolest print mixing I've seen. So subtle and so chic. I just can't think of anything better suited to be worn to a casual cocktail party on a New York spring evening.
Rihanna has been in London for a few days just in time for our week-long spring. She has very well taken advantage of it wearing looks like this bang-on-trend Stella McCartney two-piece. I love the pajama feel, the super chic sandals and the statement sunnies.

Every year after the Oscars I go to bed happy that my post is ready to go for a few hours later (I went to bed at 7am this morning) not realising that I will wake up in the middle of the day to an endless list of all the celebrities that attend the after parties. It would be pointless for me to try and choose all the ones that I liked because, truth to be told, everyone has really made an effort this year!
I really missed Elizabeth Olsen and Diane Kruger on the red carpet. Lizzy should have totally been nominated for her role in 'Martha Marcy May Marlene' and she would have given us one of those moments like Zoe Saldana in Givenchy that we will never forget. Instead, she looked exquisitely chic in Christian Dior at the Vanity Fair party. Diane Kruger I missed only because of her fashion sense. The woman has this ability to wear anything and look like it's been custom made by Coco Chanel herself. I was pleasantly surprised by her party look – a sexy Calvin Klein Collection number. This is a bit unlike her, which is why it works. The lace on the top makes the dress and adds a sexy edge that kind of reminds me of Julia Restoin-Roitfeld.
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley continues to look incredible, this time in (J'adore!) a spring Antonio Berardi dress that does all the right things to her body. I always love Rosie in red!

Best Dressed of the Weekend- JLo and Fergie actually made it!
BDOTW7Nov11
JustJared, Zimbio
This weekend I waited until Sunday night to put together my list hoping that the EMAs would deliver one or two great fashion moments. But I was wrong. Thankfully, Gucci hosted LACMA's gala in LA and dressed lots of celebrities in their amazing SS12 collection.
1. Kate Beckinsale in Gucci Resort 2012. Kate loves a white dress and normally I'd be bored but I love this one. She is shinning –I love the golden belt and the retro hair, which reminds me of her as Ava Gardner in The Aviator.
2. Kristen Dunst in Miu Miu. She's always one of my favourites and this gingham number is simply stunning. Is short and flirty but really classy and she styled it perfectly with the loose chignon.
3. Jennifer Lopez. I am loving this diva moment in the big coat, the fur collar and the flashy Gucci boots. It's opulent but quite sophisticated. JLo should do more this and less 'street'.
4. Fergie in Phillip Lim. Yes, I've actually put a picture of her in my blog! I really don't like her style but this rockstar moment in one of my favourite FW11 collections deserves a mention.
5. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. It's nice to see her in something other than a satin Burberry gown. I love the rich feel of the look, the brocade detail of the blouse and the golden touches of the clutch and the Louboutins.

Best Dressed at the Hollywood Film Awards
HollywoodFilmAwards11
JustJared, Zimbio
I realised over the weekend how little I've posted about celebrity style over the last few weeks. During fashion week I find myself way too excited about what's coming down the catwalk and what the editors are wearing. So I'm making up for it this week. These are my best dressed from the night:
1. Carey Mulligan in Bottega Veneta. I can't wait to see her in costume for 'The Great Gatsby' because of this. This short black number with a 20's is perfectly on trend. I love the super thin straps and the perfect hair.
2. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley in Emilio Pucci. This embroidered dress looks amazing on her because it accentuates her incredible body and doesn't leave room for any jewellery, which Rosie doesn't need. Who needs diamond earrings when you've got those lips?
3. Emma Stone in Jonathan Saunders. I must admit she made it to the list more because of her emerald earrings and the unbelievable Christian Dior shoes, which for me complete a look that would have otherwise been on the blah side.
4. Michelle Williams in Nina Ricci. I'm not the biggest Nina Ricci fan but I was blown away by this. I love the ease with which Michelle wears everything. And I'm especially keen on the cut-out detail on the neckline.

Tangram tees, wedges and raffia trench coats at Burberry Prorsum SS12
BurberrySS12

It seems like I was right to suspect that the Burberry Prorsum SS12 womenswear collection could go along the lines of the menswear line I saw in Milan in June.
Before I get into what I liked from the collection I have to talk about Burberry's insane front row. I've never seen so many celebrities at the front row of a London show. I must admit I was most excited about seeing Rachel Zoe in the flesh for the first time. Rodger and Mandana were sitting on the row behind, looking a bit confused. I was standing opposite all of them (see picture below) and having Sienna Miller, Gemma Aterton and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley sitting next to each other made it a little hard for me to concentrate on the clothes... But I still managed it.
You wouldn't believe how many times I've heard "How amazing was Burberry?" in the last two days. Everyone was in awe of how Christopher Bailey keeps managing to reinvent the trench coat season after season. This time he took African inspiration in the shape of tribal prints and wooden applique.
The most memorable for me were the raffia trench coats and wedges because of all the craftsmanship that had gone into them and, well seeing Anja Rubik on a catwalk for the first time.

‘Burberry Body’ launches today!
BurberryBodypremiere
Courtesy of Burberry
After weeks of much anticipation and an extensive digital campaign Burberry finally launches today 'Burberry Body'. The TV campaign, just as the print ads, was shot by Mario Testino under the direction of Christopher Bailey. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is the protagonist of all of this and she looks absolutely stunning.

Whether you requested your sample via facebook or not now you can actually head down to your shop to buy a bottle of 'Burberry Body' –I love the fact that the design had that air ox exclusivity, like you don't want to waste a drop. And I must say I am quite curious to smell it myself.

But as well as the campaign Burberry is launching Burberry Nude –the first ever ready-to-wear collection to accompany a fragrance. The pieces are, of course, Burberry staples. Cara Delevigne, another brand favourite, models the amazing trench coats. I can't decide whether I love more the lace one you could wear as a dress or the fur one, which looks so soft I just want to hug Cara.

Are you dying to try Burberry Body?

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley- the face of the new ‘Burberry Body’
Today Burberry launched their new fragrance 'Burberry body'. It is no surprise that they've chosen Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, a Burberry regular who's recently been a lot in the spotlight for her red carpet style (see here) to be its image.
I love the fact that she's wearing nothing but a rose gold satin trench coat. It's a very sensual image but it's done in such an elegant way!
The bottle design and fragrance itself will be revealed soon but in the meantime we can enjoy this stunning Mario Testino picture and the 5-second video part of the multimedia campaign.

Rosie wears custom-made Burberry
RosieHWburberry
Courtesy of Burberry
I could have more than easily included this look of Rosie Huntington-Whiteley among the ones that I posted this morning.
Rosie wore this stunning custom made Burberry silk gown to the 'Transformers 3' premiere in London last night. I really love it when Britons wear British brands while they visit the UK for promotional tours. And a Christopher Bailey design seems like almost an obvious choice because there is no brand more quintessentially British than Burberry.
I loved the sort of purple-ish blue colour of the silk and how the cut of the dress exposes a lot of skin at the top but in a really classy way. My favourite bit is the embellished strap that crosses the back.
As I also said this morning, I love how she changes her hair and make up (also Burberry) and even more so this time around because we haven't seen her hair up a lot. It makes her look so sophisticated, no?
I am a lot more into this look than I was into her pink Burberry choice for the Met Ball.

Do you love?
Rosie & Cameron’s hit-filled month

I was originally thinking of doing a 'Best dressed of the week' post today but going through the pictures I had been saving lately I noticed there were mostly of these two ladies. So I decided to write about both of their very stylish last few weeks instead.
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has really become a celebrity during her 'Transformers 3' promo tour. Everyone is talking about her. And how could they not when she has consistently smashed it on the red carpet and at tv appearances.
There has been quite a lot of Michael Kors. The most memorable have been the fuchsia side-slit (I loved how the closed neck was balanced with the showing leg), the black leotard and the belted sheer maxi skirt and the nude jumpsuit look. I loved the variety and the fact that she completely changed the hair and make up to suit the dresses.
I also loved the yellow and black number from Gucci's fw11 collection. It was almost like a night version of Michael Kors' sheer skirt but she wore it so well. We have seen people like JLo in pieces from the same collection but they've let the dresses wear them. Rosie does the opposite.

Cameron Diaz has also been on a promo tour, for her 'Bad Teacher' film.
In her case we've seen no variation in terms of designers (apart from some J Brand jeans) because she was apparently wearing Akris exclusively. Anyone else would have probably looked very boring in a few of these outfits but Cameron gives anything that California girl playful twist of hers. I did absolutely love the sandals, which funnily enough were the only item not by Akris (by Serio Rossi).
Her looks were a lot less fashion-y than Rosie's but I love how Cameron's style sense is quite down-to-Earth and almost quintessentially American. She looks better than most people in skinny jeans and stilettos so why try anything else?

Are you a fan of Rosie's or Cameron's fashion choices?
